1. Introduction

2. Use of the Website

2.1. Access to and use of this website are subject to the applicable Portuguese legislation in force.

2.2. Users undertake to provide truthful and complete information when making a reservation or any other contact through the website.

2.3. The Jungle Emotion – Turismo Rural Unipessoal Lda, reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use without prior notice.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

3.1. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese legislation, we guarantee the protection of your personal data.

3.2. The collected data are used exclusively for reservation management, billing, communication with the client, and compliance with legal obligations.

3.3. Client data will be sent to the competent authorities in Portugal as required by law.

3.4. After the stay, the client may request the deletion of their data from our records, except in cases where there is a legal requirement to retain them.

3.5. The Jungle Emotion – Turismo Rural Unipessoal Lda adopts technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Reservations may be cancelled in accordance with the conditions specified at the time of booking.

4.2. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be fully refunded (except for any administrative fees).

4.3. Cancellations made after this period will be charged the full reservation amount. 

4.4. If the guest fails to show up on the day of their reservation without prior notice, they will be charged the full reservation amount and their reservation will be considered canceled.

4.5. In cases of force majeure (illness, legal restrictions, etc.), the possibility of a partial refund or rescheduling of the stay will be evaluated.

5. Rules for Use of the House

5.1. Check‑in and Check‑out

Check‑in: from 18h00 to 19h00 | Check‑out: until 11h00

Requests for early check‑in or late check‑out must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

5.2.Condições de Estadia – A duração mínima de estadia é fixada em dois dias consecutivos.

5.3.Ocupação e Visitantes – Apenas os hóspedes registados na reserva podem entrar na acomodação.

5.4. Regras de Convivência – Mantenha o volume baixo entre 22h00 e 08h00 para respeitar os vizinhos. O uso do alojamento deve ser exclusivamente para fins de lazer ou turismo.

5.5. Limpeza e Conservação – A acomodação deve ser deixada em boas condições de limpeza. Respeite a separação do lixo e utilize os ecopontos disponíveis. Não é permitido mover móveis ou retirar itens da casa.

5.6. Segurança – Mantenha as luzes, portas e janelas trancadas ao sair. Não deixe ar condicionado, esquentador, velas ou fogão ligados sem supervisão. Fumar dentro da casa é proibido, utilize as áreas externas designadas. Não é permitido realizar fogueiras ou qualquer lume no espaço exterior. 

5.7. Animais de Estimação – Não são permitidos animais de estimação.

5.8. Danos e Responsabilidade – Qualquer dano à propriedade deve ser comunicado de imediato. O hóspede é responsável por eventuais custos de reparação de danos causados por uso indevido.

5.9.Outros Pontos Importantes – O não cumprimento das regras pode resultar no cancelamento da estadia sem reembolso. A estadia implica a aceitação integral destas regras.
