        3.1. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese legislation, we guarantee the protection of your personal data.<\/p>\n

        3.2. The collected data are used exclusively for reservation management, billing, communication with the client, and compliance with legal obligations.<\/p>\n

        3.3. Client data will be sent to the competent authorities in Portugal as required by law.<\/p>\n

        3.4. After the stay, the client may request the deletion of their data from our records, except in cases where there is a legal requirement to retain them.<\/p>\n

        3.5. The Jungle Emotion\u00a0\u2013 Turismo Rural Unipessoal Lda<\/strong> adopts technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.<\/p>\n

        1. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1. Reservations may be cancelled in accordance with the conditions specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

          4.2. Cancellations made at least 14 days<\/strong> in advance will be fully refunded (except for any administrative fees).<\/p>\n

          4.3. Cancellations made after this period will be charged the full reservation amount.\u00a0<\/p>\n

          4.4. If the guest fails to show up on the day of their reservation without prior notice, they will be charged the full reservation amount and their reservation will be considered canceled.<\/p>\n

          4.5. In cases of force majeure (illness, legal restrictions, etc.), the possibility of a partial refund or rescheduling of the stay will be evaluated.<\/p>\n

            5.2.Condi\u00e7\u00f5es de Estadia – A dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de estadia \u00e9 fixada em dois dias consecutivos.<\/p>\n

            5.3.Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o e Visitantes \u2013 Apenas os h\u00f3spedes registados na reserva podem entrar na acomoda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

            5.4. Regras de Conviv\u00eancia \u2013 Mantenha o volume baixo entre 22h00 e 08h00<\/strong>\u00a0para respeitar os vizinhos. O uso do alojamento deve ser exclusivamente para fins de lazer ou turismo.<\/p>\n

            5.5. Limpeza e Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 A acomoda\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser deixada em boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de limpeza. Respeite a separa\u00e7\u00e3o do lixo e utilize os ecopontos dispon\u00edveis. N\u00e3o \u00e9 permitido mover m\u00f3veis ou retirar itens da casa.<\/p>\n

            5.6. Seguran\u00e7a \u2013 Mantenha as luzes, portas e janelas trancadas ao sair. N\u00e3o deixe ar condicionado, esquentador, velas ou fog\u00e3o ligados sem supervis\u00e3o. Fumar dentro da casa \u00e9 proibido, utilize as \u00e1reas externas designadas. N\u00e3o \u00e9 permitido realizar fogueiras ou qualquer lume no espa\u00e7o exterior.\u00a0<\/p>\n

            5.7. Animais de Estima\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 N\u00e3o s\u00e3o permitidos animais de estima\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

            5.8. Danos e Responsabilidade \u2013 Qualquer dano \u00e0 propriedade deve ser comunicado de imediato. O h\u00f3spede \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por eventuais custos de repara\u00e7\u00e3o de danos causados por uso indevido.<\/p>\n

            5.9.Outros Pontos Importantes \u2013 O n\u00e3o cumprimento das regras pode resultar no cancelamento da estadia sem reembolso. A estadia implica a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o integral destas regras.<\/p>\n
